We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and all logistics functions in our New Jersey warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience using NetSuite and a strong background in warehouse inventory operations and logistics coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring that inventory is tracked, received, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure 99.97%+ accuracy across all SKUs
- Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize NetSuite to maintain up-to-date records and generate inventory and logistics reports
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory flow
- Optimize logistics processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping procedures
- Oversee the proper labeling, storage, and rotation of goods (FIFO/LIFO as appropriate)
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to support demand planning
- Assist in setting up and managing relationships with 3PL partners as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies in logistics and inventory control
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse management
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required)
- Familiarity with shipping platforms, barcode systems, and inventory tracking tools
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, cold chain logistics, and warehouse best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Associate’s degree or applicable certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Effective communication and leadership skills
