We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, historical data, and market insights.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure materials availability.
- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize excess inventory.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, logistics, and finance to support operational goals.
- Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate accurate supply plans and reports.
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for better supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related role.
- Proficiency in supply planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
