We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our dynamic and growing FP&A team. This high-visibility role will focus on financial analysis and cross functional collaboration to support business goals and decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Create KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboards and other management tools.
- Investigate variances to budget/forecast and communicate key drivers.
- Assist with monthly revenue and profitability projections.
- Partner with Marketing and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and journal entries.
- Undertake additional duties, ad hoc analyses, and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with adequate Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in the Boca Raton, FL HQ office daily.
