Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate and track shipments and operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods for customers internationally.
Manage all aspects of international shipments, including compliance with countries' regulations and export/import procedures.
Work with customs brokers to clear shipments and resolve any customs issues.
Utilize logistics IT systems to enhance tracking and efficiency of shipments.
Ensure compliance with international logistics standards and legal regulations.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless logistics process and high customer satisfaction.
Handle logistics emergencies, discrepancies, and claims efficiently, minimizing the impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, including customs regulations, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international partners and carriers.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
