Senior Customer Success Manager - NYC
Our client is a fast-growth SaaS platform that provides a range of innovative FinTech solutions for clients to drive efficiency across their organisations. With a current ARR of $100M, they are currently scaling their operations and are experience high levels of growth as a result.
They are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their NYC-based team to build and maintain relationships with their clients; this is a key role in driving growth and retention across a set of existing accounts.
They have a first-class leadership team in place who are experienced in growing & developing businesses for long-term success. Alongside this, the organisation is supported by a range of investors as well as advisors from prestigious organisations across the USA (such as former Governors & White House staff and world-class software leaders)
This is an office-based role in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full onboarding processes for all new clients
- Provide & maintain high-level of customer service to all clients, ensuring all needs are met
- Maintain strong client retention levels
- Act as a primary point of contact for all clients regarding any issues & support needed
- Collaborate with wider internal teams to drive success across the product and the client base
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
The Successful Candidate
- 6+ years customer success experience within the software / SaaS space
- Experience within the FinTech space is ideal
- Experience working with clients in the healthcare sector would be a plus
- Commutable to NYC daily
Senior Customer Success Manager Package
- Basic salary: $140,000-160,000
- OTE: +30-50%
