What You'll Do

AI/ML Research & Development Design, train, and evaluate deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and transformer-based models.
Develop and deploy generative AI-based solutions for content search, recommendation engines, and service orchestration.
Product Innovation & Data Science Strategy Develop AI/ML-based accelerators and frameworks to optimize operations and enhance customer solutions.
Drive the roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring the adoption of scalable and efficient machine learning models.
Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and guide teams on machine learning best practices, generative AI, and model deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the AI/ML team.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement Partner with senior executives, product managers, and engineering teams to define AI strategies.
Engage with customers to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

What You Know

10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and data science tools (scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLP libraries).
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in natural language processing, and generative AI models. Proven track record of developing AI/ML solutions from research to production.
Experience with distributed AI systems is a plus.
Experience in AI-based search engines, recommender systems, and agent-based service orchestration. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native AI model deployment. Experience mentoring teams and leading AI/ML strategy development.

Education

MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
