JOB RESPONSIBILITES

This is a key position in the Embroidery department. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, fast typist and have a keen eye for detail.

Will be responsible for the email correspondence coming in and out of the department.
Sends new logos to vendors for digitizing, setting logos up in the library and obtaining customer approval.
Responsible for accurately loading approved designs onto thumb drives for each order that is processed through the
department.
• Responsible for mapping every line order in "We Own the Cold" to the appropriate workstations.
• Must be able to properly navigate NetSuite, HIghJump, and Verenia to delete sales orders, make necessary changes, and set up
new logos as required.
• Work closely with manager as well as department leads and assist with any project that may be necessary

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EMBROIDERY DATA CLERK

• Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
• Efficient and accurate typing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Previous experience as a Data Clerk or Administrative Assistant is a plus
