Serve as an advocate for the customer, observe what they need and capture their long-term goals to help drive continuous improvement.
Parallel to my Customer Success role, I served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Girls in Tech, where my advocacy work supports the creation of an inclusive ecosystem for women in technology. My commitment to mentoring aligns with my mission to empower the next generation, fostering a community where innovation thrives through diversity.
