Job Description:A Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of an executive’s daily schedule. This role requires organization, discretion, and adaptability to assist with a wide range of tasks both professional and occasionally personal.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry
Run errands and assist with occasional personal tasks
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
