We are seeking a proactive and engaging Program Support Lead to oversee onsite billable staff, serve as a customer-facing liaison, and contribute to key company initiatives. This role is pivotal in sustaining our commitment to contract excellence and fueling Paragon's continued growth.
Requirements
- Serve as the assigned supervisor for onsite billable staff across contracts
- Conduct regular check-ins, track performance, and support professional development
- Ensure timely timesheet submissions and flag any burn/utilization concerns
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding team performance, deliverables, and feedback
- Escalate issues appropriately and ensure customer satisfaction remains high
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and briefings as needed
- Maintain visibility into contract scope, milestones, and funding to support successful execution
- Lead and support internal initiatives such as policy rollout, process documentation, and SOP management
- Help identify workflow gaps and implement enhancements
- Assist with readiness efforts for new contract awards and transitions
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and culture-building efforts
- Additional duties as assigned
