Inventory Management
Conducting inventories with the necessary frequency and/or established according to internal operations or Central's indications:

- Central Inventory: monthly inventory proposed by Central that must be achieved at least 98% (TBC) accuracy and which is considered when replenishing from Central to the store (replenishing stock according to sales and completing the missing stock resulting from the inventory to achieve optimal stock coverage in the store).
Optimal Product Exposure and Replenishment of Sales Floor Stock
Ensure that the models displayed on the sales floor have the size curve marked by VM:
- Continuously replenish sold or missing units so that the out-of-stock indicator is always less than 2.00%.
- Ensure they are aware of where the TOP 40 references are displayed in the store and most importantly replenished by managing the sell through of the sales floor consistently.

- Responsible to anticipate the level of stock in their stockroom. Following up on the % of stockroom “fullness”, making sure to alert and make an action plan with the Store Manager and GCP/distribution when it becomes clear that there will be an issue of overstock so that movements can be anticipated rather than it becoming an unmanageable situation.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of stock associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient stock management and achievement of store goals.
- Set clear daily goals, objectives, and performance standards for team members and provide constructive feedback.
