: Project Manager (M&A)

Experience : 10 – 15 years
Location : San Jose, California(On-site)
Mandatory Qualifications
- 6+ years in project/program management (IT focus).
- 4+ years managing M&A or enterprise transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A project management, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Align M&A initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
- Implement Agile methodologies, focusing on Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive consistent delivery with adherence to processes, quality standards, and timelines.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and enterprise functions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, change control, and project tracking.
- Empower teams to take ownership and continuously improve delivery practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and leader across IT and business teams.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
