Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with retail marketing responsibilities, supporting both makeup and fragrance categories. The coordinator will be responsible for the creation, ideation, and execution of Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase, in partnership with the makeup and fragrance category teams. This is a 12-month, 40 hours per week, contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the proposal of mixes for Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase
- Determine available inventory of bags/samples
- Ordering new bags/accessories from global team
- Briefing to local promo operations the sets and gifts with purchase mixes
- Routing codes in the system for sets and gifts with purchase
- Manage closely the timelines with promo operations and creative operations
- Working with local creative teams and teams in Paris on artwork creation
- Working with trade marketing team on supply quantities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, supply chain, or inventory
- Strong project management skills and operational skills
- Must feel comfortable learning new systems and software
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
