About
Step into a leadership role at 2 Hour Learning, where we're transforming education with a revolutionary model. Students excel academically in just two hours daily through AI-driven personalized learning, gaining time for life skills and personal growth. Our students not only achieve academic success but also develop a love for learning, setting them apart from their peers. Join us to craft an admissions experience that appeals to families seeking a cutting-edge, results-oriented alternative to conventional education. At 2 Hour Learning, you'll enjoy the liberty to create personalized admissions processes without the typical bureaucratic hurdles of private schools. Your innovative ideas will directly influence enrollment and have the space to thrive. If you're passionate about redefining family engagement and showcasing true educational value, now is your moment to bring that vision to life. Here's why you'll love this role:
- Innovative School Model: Introduce families to a system where students learn twice as rapidly, free from traditional teaching methods, allowing more time for essential life skills.
- Unique Ownership Opportunity: Unlike standard private school positions, you'll have the autonomy to shape and refine the admissions journey based on effectiveness.
- A Purposeful Mission: Join a team demonstrating that students can excel academically and personally without compromising on enjoyment.
Ready to lead an admissions process that truly impacts students and families? Let's connect.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the Admissions Experience: Act as the primary representative of 2 Hour Learning for prospective families, handling inquiries, guiding them through applications, and ensuring a smooth process.
- Create Lasting First Impressions: Organize school tours, open houses, and info sessions to effectively display how our model enables students to learn efficiently while gaining valuable life skills.
- Transform Data into Strategic Decisions: Utilize admissions metrics from HubSpot and SIS to analyze trends and provide leadership with insights for improved outreach strategies.
- Enhance Our Admissions Playbook: Keep FAQs and SOPs current, ensuring clear and consistent communication in all interactions.
- Foster Meaningful Connections: Engage with prospective families empathetically, making their admissions journey memorable and smooth.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Enduring Slow, Bureaucratic Processes: You'll have the authority to swiftly act, experiment, and enhance the admissions experience without multiple approval stages.
- Supervising a Large Administrative Team: This role focuses on leading the admissions process independently, not managing a big team.
- Adhering to Rigid Scripts: Each family is unique, allowing for personalized and dynamic conversations instead of following pre-set scripts.
- Relying on Outdated Playbooks: You'll have the freedom to innovate and improve admissions processes based on feedback and results.
