Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics and inventory functions. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage purchase orders from creation to delivery
Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners
Monitor inventory levels across all channels and assist with reordering strategies
Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and lead times
Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer service to ensure timely product availability
Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods in coordination with vendors and logistics providers
Assist in preparing reports on supply chain performance, vendor reliability, and cost efficiency
Support compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality control standards
Requirements
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination (supplement, food, or CPG industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ShipStation) and inventory software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
