Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse operations. This role will oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, staff supervision, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, experienced in logistics, and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing supplement company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping
Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse associates
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations
Manage and monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Coordinate with logistics providers and shipping carriers to optimize delivery performance
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with FDA, cGMP, and company guidelines
Report KPIs and operational issues to leadership regularly
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in the dietary supplement, nutrition, or consumer goods space
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
Forklift certification a plus
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting
Knowledge of shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS) a plus
