What is this role?
As a
Warehouse Supervisor for Cirkul, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, and shipping. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards and Lean principles.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results: Monitor productivity and performance metrics.
Taking Ownership: Maintain accurate inventory counts and records. Ensure warehouse operations comply with OSHA, company policies, and quality standards.
Making Decisions: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Cultivating Relationships: Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes. Conduct safety meetings and training for team members.
Instilling Trust: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Focus: Ensure efficient flow of inbound and outbound shipments.
What background should you have?
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or production driven management experience.
- Experience managing safety and HR systems including timesheets, time off, etc.
- Knowledge of production and quality systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
- Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
