This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Denver, CO, for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support our client’s Project Management team in all aspects of commercial flooring projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with estimating and proposals, managing procurement and material logistics, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout each phase. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to play a key role in the successful execution of complex commercial projects.

Requirements
- Experience in project coordination and management
- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, OST, Blue Beam
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus
- Assoc. degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of commercial flooring projects
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and installation timelines
- Utilize project management tools, including MS Office, OST, and Bluebeam, to support day-to-day project activities and documentation.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and assisting with coordination between departments.
