About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape exceptional digital commerce experiences across web platforms. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead user research efforts and translate those insights into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to ensure every design decision is grounded in user-centered thinking and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces and interaction flows for B2B and B2C digital commerce products across web and mobile.
- Plan and conduct UX research, including usability testing, user interviews, journey mapping, and surveys to uncover insights that inform design decisions.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and evolve a design system from the ground up.
- Present and communicate design rationale and user insights to stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while iterating on solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design and development lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proven ability to design intuitive interfaces supported by data and user feedback.
- Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system contribution.
- Experience working on digital commerce products in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design and research outcomes to stakeholders.
