We’re looking for a
curious, intuitive, self-starter to join our growing team as an
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Manager. You’ll play a key role in owning the lifecycle of customer orders, managing multi-warehouse inventory, and being the point guard for our cross-functional teams. This is a highly collaborative position working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and the Director of Demand Planning to ensure smooth, scalable, and strategic growth.
While we have a preference for candidates based in Boulder/Denver, we are open to remote applicants as well. The compensation range for this role is$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Sales Order & Fulfillment Management
- Own the end-to-end sales order process—manual and EDI—from order intake to shipment
- Monitor order flow for issues or delays and communicate proactively with internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with our warehouse partners to maintain fulfillment timelines and service levels
Inventory Management Across 6 Warehouses
- Perform monthly and ad hoc inventory reconciliations to ensure system integrity
- Manage inter-warehouse transfers and optimize stock distribution across regions
- Analyze key inventory metrics (e.g., WOS, aging inventory) and flag risks or opportunities
- Partner with Demand Planning to identify trends and reorder needs in real-time
Amazon FBA Management
- Oversee Amazon FBA inventory, coordinating transfers and resolving shipment discrepancies
- Align FBA inventory levels with demand forecasts, sales events, and marketing initiatives
NetSuite ERP & Documentation
- Maintain accuracy in NetSuite for all sales orders, transfers, and inventory transactions
- Ensure clean documentation of shipments, BOLs, and compliance records
- Help evolve ERP workflows and identify automation or reporting opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external fulfillment-related queries
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Ops, and external logistics providers to keep the supply chain humming
- Bring data and solutions to the table during S&OP meetings: production, weeks of stock, sales/ops meeting.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Seek out inefficiencies and propose smarter systems and SOPs
- Contribute to documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- CPGor strong exposure to B2B order workflows in food & beverage or CPG
- Familiarity with retail & ecomm customers like KeHE, UNFI, Thrive Market, Amazon
- Experience managing inventory across multiple 3PLs and/or warehouses
- Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and a bias for action
- Comfortable working with both Amazon FBA and traditional B2B channels
- Analytical background or interest in forecasting / demand planning
- Process mapping or SOP creation experience
