Machine Learning Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support core business objectives.
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
Optimise model performance and scalability for real-time applications.
Conduct experiments, analyse results, and iterate on model architectures.
Contribute to the development of ML infrastructure and tooling.
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in machine learning and AI.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning in production environments.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with deploying ML models using containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or recommendation systems.
Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or cross-functional product team.
