POSITION
Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for a Senior Demand & Logistics Planner to ensure, for Perfumes & Hotel categories, the development of feasible supply plans, based on approved sales forecast and of a global inventory strategy, in order to maximize service level in all channels (on time product availability), and minimize year-end inventory level (at store and central/local warehouses).
Job responsibilities
- Accurately monitor inventory levels within the distribution network, to achieve target service level within inventory and costs objectives, prevent shortage and avoid air shipments.
- Organize and lead monthly S&OP meeting across all categories and departments.
- Deploy inventory according to the demand and inventory level for US and LATAM markets, in coordination with Sales team.
- Work with sales team and Customer services team to allocate the products according to the priorities / opportunities / constraints in terms of inventory levels and replenishment.
- Control products availability by liaising with Central teams, identify and report the shortages and stocks excess risks. Proactively communicate availability to Perfume Team and Customer Service.
- Manage all new launches and discontinued product with quantity collect or sell down plan for US and LATAM markets. Optimize the inventory depletion.
- Define and establish the right level of target stock level/stock coverage based on the product clusters to make sure the stock landing is aligned with budget projection for local warehouse
- Review monthly S&OP for forecast vs actual for all Americas (US+LATAM), work with sales teams to identify any overage/shortage risk.
- Oversee the 24 month sell-in Forecast for US and LATAM, update at monthly basis
- Reporting & KPI monitoring: develop new dashboard(s) to monitor KPI’s, while improving existing reports.
- Prepare obsolescence report and inform material status to F&A on a quarterly basis.
- Review and update TSL for Ecom & DOS stores according to their perfume assortment.
Logistics & Operations Planning (30%)
- Follow-up with freight forwarders, truckers, and LVMH to ensure that incoming shipments are available as quickly as possible, prioritizing order of receipt.
- Work with custom broker to make sure all entries are cleared as soon as possible. Provide necessary information such as HTS code, kit breakdown, manufacture information.
- Warehouse system key contact during system transition and implementation phases.
- Be the key contact and owner for all perfume logistics partners.
- Monitor the perfume freight cost, accurately and timely process all logistic invoices in Ivalua and Sightness.
- Additional ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Must have 4-6 years experiences with demand Planning and Logistics process and procedures within Luxury brand
- Quantitative and Quantitative data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and approach critical tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal, external, and global teams.
- IT Applications (SAP, Excel, BW HANA, IVALUA)
- Ability to travel international
