Role Description
Boutique Tribeca, Manhattan law firm seeks individuals for Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant who are looking for a long term, stable and exciting environment to call home. The ideal candidate will be neat, well organized, detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and prior related work experience in an active office environment. This is a full-time, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday role located at Oved & Oved LLP in New York, NY. You will be responsible for phone etiquette, providing administrative assistance, utilizing clerical skills, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication within the firm.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Handle telephone and in person reception;
- Handle Office administration, copying, scanning, etc;
- Generate Reports;
- Maintain calendar, files and contacts;
- Maintain Conference Room Schedule;
- Schedule Zoom and Telephonic Conferences and Meetings;
- Communicate with Vendors and Clients;
- Ability to think independently and creatively to achieve the necessary goals.
- Must have proficiency with social media;
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- Must have the ability to multitask in an intense office environment.
