Job Description

- This is an on-site role, (4) days a week and open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.
As a Data Analyst at PDQ, you will work cross-functionally on projects that uncover insights, measure performance and optimize business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across departments (e.g., churn, activation, feature adoption).
- Collaborate with various teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and more) data projects
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and operational performance using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to support product and go-to-market decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and improve data availability through collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Translate complex findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
We're Looking For People Who Have
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally at a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong SQL skills (window functions, joins, CTEs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one BI/data visualization tool.
- Experience with SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, retention, and funnel conversion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Bonus: experience with Python/R, dbt, or working in a modern data stack
