As a Junior Event Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events across New York City. You’ll work closely with senior team members to bring client campaigns to life through face-to-face activations, pop-up events, and brand promotions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the organisation and delivery of promotional events, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns
- Represent client brands at events with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Coordinate event logistics including setup, equipment, materials, and breakdown
- Engage with attendees to explain product features, answer questions, and collect feedback
- Track and report on event performance metrics and customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign execution
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing event space
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving events and outreach strategy
Requirements

- Must be based in or able to commute to Manhattan, NY
