The Role:
We’re hiring an Operations & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations at our headquarters in Landrum, SC. This is a hands-on, high-stakes role that demands initiative, leadership, and serious ambition. You’ll manage fulfillment, inventory, staff scheduling, logistics, and daily workflows while helping scale and replicate our model across future franchise locations.
This is not a typical 9-to-5. Expect long hours, late nights, weekends, and plenty of challenges—but also an opportunity to lead something game-changing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of our roasting facility, hydroponic coffee farm, and café
• Manage employee scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and performance oversight
• Handle basic HR coordination and assist in recruitment and onboarding
• Track inventory and manage supply chain operations
• Coordinate fulfillment for retail and direct-to-consumer orders
• Improve and implement SOPs and operational systems
• Monitor KPIs and develop solutions to keep the business moving forward
• Travel as needed to assist with franchise rollouts and operational training at new locations
• Be available during peak times—including nights, weekends, and launch windows

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
• Must be able to work on-site in Landrum, South Carolina
• Ability and willingness to travel to other franchise locations as needed
• Proven track record in operations, logistics, or team leadership
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Tech-savvy—comfortable using project management and inventory software
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure

• $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
• 1099 independent contractor role
