Description:We do Space at Lockheed Martin. We are seeking experienced Instructional Systems Design/Multimedia Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing enterprise training programs, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital training materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences, providing digital design guidance and support, and ensuring digital training accessibility through WCAG compliance.
This position supports programs/sites that require special access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
While this is a telework position, periodic travel to different sites is required.
Basic Qualifications:• Experience managing multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing enterprise training programs.
• Collaborate with instructional systems designers, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design and develop digital training material.
• Experience developing templates, guides, and other customer centric resources.
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:• Experience developing enterprise training programs that exhibit end-to-end thinking (strategy, design, scope, budget estimates, prioritization, planning, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks).
• Experience providing digital design guidance and support to customers on best practices for learning design.
• Google Suite, MS Office, Articulate Suite (articulate 360, Rise), TechSmith Suite (Camtasia, Snag it), Evolve, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Captivate), Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Trello).
• Experience producing company-wide and program-level training courses.
• Ability to understand technical material, processes, and cultures for purposes of learning & training solutions.
• Proficient in creative and development tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, XD, Captivate), e-learning authoring tools (Storyline 360), and design platforms (Figma).
• Skilled in web development technologies such as HTML/CSS, WordPress, Atlas Connect, and SQL, as well as programming languages like Python, Vue, and Angular.
• Experienced in rapid prototyping and ensuring digital training accessibility through WCAG compliance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $66,000 - $114,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
