Inventory Specialist | Retail & Pharmacy | Competitive Pay
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to oversee and manage in-store and pharmacy inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor inventory best practices for both front-end and pharmacy
- Manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and stock accuracy
- Ensure compliance with state and local inventory regulations
- Oversee order processing, product returns, and damaged goods claims
- Support store operations, including assisting customers and resolving inquiries
- Train and guide team members on inventory procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom
- Assist with store opening and closing when needed
Requirements:
- Experience: At least six months of retail experience (internal candidates) or one year (external candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, or similar role
- Familiarity with retail or pharmacy inventory systems
