Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Recruiter to help us source, screen, and coordinate interviews for non-technical positions across various departments. This is a remote role ideal for someone who is organized, a great communicator, and passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for non-technical roles (e.g., front desk staff, swim instructors, lifeguards, etc.)
- Post job openings on various platforms including job boards
- Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and databases
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular updates to the hiring team and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (non-technical focus preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable using virtual tools like Zoom and Teams software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred:
- Prior experience in remote recruiting
- Familiarity with small business or startup hiring environments
Schedule:
10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on availability and hiring needs.
