Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scrum Master located in the Norcross, GA. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning sessions, managing user stories, and conducting daily stand-up meetings. They will also help the software development team stay organized and ensure that the Scrum process is followed effectively. Additionally, the Scrum Master will act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Sprint Planning and User Stories management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Software Development knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in customer communication management is a plus
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is desirable
