💵 Pay: $42.38/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st Shift)
🔁 Overtime & Holidays: As needed
📅 Contract or Direct Hire: 3 month assignment (potential to extend)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst (Operations) to oversee inventory control activities within our Fleet department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, Excel-proficient, and experienced in managing parts, invoices, and inventory data in a fast-paced fleet or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing fleet parts.
- Conduct digital and manual inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
- Generate and submit inventory discrepancy reports to Fleet Manager.
- Maintain fleet parts/service account payments and vendor invoicing.
- Manage and administer all information in fleet and financial databases.
- Oversee warranty tracking, credit resolution, and obsolete inventory disposal.
- Create reports for cost analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records including registration renewals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, fleet, or related environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing, bending position for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Budget management and vendor invoicing experience strongly preferred.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for inventory audits.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with fleet operations or automotive parts.
- Experience with warranty processing and ERP systems.
