Logistics Analyst
Immediate opening for a Logics Analyst with a Fortune 500 company in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting and analytical support for our Logistics software. Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday 2pm to 10pm schedule, 3 weeks paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental and 401K.

Wholesaler Routing is with the company is a preeminent internal consulting group dedicated to helping our wholesaler customers save money and sell more through improved sales/delivery routing and truck loading. Our dedicated consultants are experts in our Transportation Suite software that we maintain on our state of-the-art "cloud" based platform. We support over 300+ wholesaler clients every day. We deliver excellence in project management, training/coaching and on-going support to help our clients maximize efficiency without sacrificing customer service
Requirements and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in Logistics or Industrial Engineering).
- Self-starter, motivated and strong technical aptitude.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong analytical, influence, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities, work with minimal direction and maintain attention to detail while working on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Approximately 25-40% overnight travel
Primary Responsibilities
- Be the in-house expert on the routing software, training provided
- Provide excellent customer service to the Wholesalers who utilize this software.
- Travel to meet with and support Wholesalers across the U.S. in finding efficiencies to load their trucks.
