The Role
Directs all strategy, planning and operations for the US Open President’s Suite. Supports the President’s schedule of commitments during the US Open, including all special events and activities for the Board of Directors and International Federation Guests during the US Open. Leads all VIP and hospitality requests for Davis Cup, BJK Cup, and other VIP tennis events as required. Manages all protocol for VIP and Staff travel to Grand Slam events as well as oversight of the ticketing program. This role is located in Orlando, FL
- Manage the guest experience strategy for the President’s Suite, focusing on exceptional personalized service, operational efficiency, and superior client satisfaction.
- Set and uphold the highest standards of excellence, meeting or exceeding those of other Grand Slam events and other comparable premium experiences in NYC.
- Lead, motivate and mentor a dedicated team of guest service professionals to deliver best-in-class service during the entire process leading up to and during the US Open for the President’s Suite, emphasizing luxury service standards and personalized attention.
- Collaborate with volunteer and executive leadership, department heads, catering teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and analyze guest feedback, operational data, and financial performance to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings. Report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and service quality within premium spaces.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in premium hospitality to continuously enhance and elevate the guest experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison and organizer for all VIP and Staff delegations to Grand Slam events, ensuring that all logistics, scheduling and communication needs are met; oversee the ticketing program for Grand Slam events.
- Support domestic Davis Cup and BJK Cup events as required. Support President’s schedule at these events.
- Collaborate and support the VIP gifting program.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, event management, or a related field, with a focus on high-end clientele is required; premium hospitality experience with a team/sports arena, or comparable large-scale venue is preferred.
- Highly developed attention to detail in producing accurate materials and reports.
- Experience in a high-volume, high-pressure, service-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with credible executive presence.
- Confident, mature, and creative team player.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems/challenges and seamlessly create solutions with little or no supervision.
- Proficient to advanced skill set in the operation of basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Suite, Zoom etc.
- This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" and will require on-site work while allowing for some remote work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 plus a potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
