Job Description

Lead the successful execution of a 200+ unit multifamily project from groundbreaking through completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and ensure compliance with contract documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, architects, and consultants.
Supervise a project team including APMs, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
Monitor quality control, safety performance, and overall project delivery standards.
Mitigate risks, manage change orders, and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in construction management with a focus on multifamily or mixed-use projects, ideally $40M+.
Proven success as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Florida market.
Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
