We're looking for a
mid-level Product Designer (3–5 years experience) who's hungry to make an impact. This is a chance to shape the design culture at Gabb and lead the charge in elevating the parent-facing experience—everything from our
MyGabb App and
Parent Portal, to onboarding and activation flows. These touchpoints are critical, and we want someone who sees that as a thrilling opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end design of parent-facing products across multiple touchpoints, (iOS and Android) and web
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful experiences
- Turn complex systems into clean, accessible interfaces that build trust with parents
- Push the culture of product and design forward—through feedback, initiative, and a strong sense of craft
- Advocate for design best practices while staying scrappy and resourceful in a fast-moving environment
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped work across mobile and web
- Experience designing native mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Familiarity with web and eCommerce UX patterns (bonus if you’ve worked in both)
- A self-starter mindset. You don’t wait for permission—you look for problems and act
- High personal accountability. You own your work and show up with solutions, not just problems
- A low-drama, high-collaboration attitude. You're in it for the mission and the team
