Chat Support & Sales Representatives supporting, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind the screen, assisting T-Mobile customers with their inquiries and guiding them through our amazing services. Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written communication skills that engage and inform
- Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously
- Solid computer skills, navigating different platforms with ease
- Passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability to support our dynamic customer base
