Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and solution-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. If you've got 1-3 years of experience managing complex projects, can manage lots of moving parts across different teams, and know your way around ClickUp like a pro- we want to hear from you.
This role is specifically about helping us hit deadlines on new product launches across our portfolio of brands by owning the product sample process. You'll be the connective tissue between logistics, sales, brand, creative, and product development- making sure everyone's aligned, timelines are tight, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Lead the day-to-day project management for new product samples- from kickoff to launch.
- Own and build product sample timelines, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate with factories, get templates created internally, secure samples on established timelines, and ensure everything is ready for photo and video productions.
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively flag delays, communicating impacts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Keep ClickUp projects meticulously organized and up to date across all brands.
- Serve as the go-to communicator between departments to make sure everyone knows what's happening (and when).
- Help improve how we work- streamlining processes, spotting gaps, and bringing structure to fast-moving projects.
