Junior Associate/Project Coordinator - Remote - US
We are hiring at Alliance Enterprises! We are looking for an experienced Junior Associate/Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team in the US!
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of recent experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support!

Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000

Junior Associate/Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and administrative tasks across various initiatives.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Under the direct supervision of the designated Project Manager, you will assist in preparing critical project documentation for clients
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support general administrative tasks related to project management
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute follow-up actions
- Assist in coordinating project activities and meetings

Requirements
About You:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have expert skills Microsoft Office and Intermediate experience in Jira in project management or agile SDLC.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
- Associate or bachelor's in business/technology degree (or in progress), or equivalent professional work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) designation is preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Operation of a computer and typical office machinery
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in the US
