InvoiceCloud, a growing leader in vertically tailored integrated payments solutions, is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join the Analytics team in providing quality analytics and insights for our various stakeholders.
About The Team
The Analytics team is a cross functional group of talented individuals with a mission to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance through data-driven analysis.
About The Role
This internship will be focused on supporting the analytics team through activities such as creating reports and visualizations, constructing data models, and interacting with various stakeholders to communicate findings. You will also collaborate with senior analysts or managers on special projects, contribute to data quality assurance efforts, and gain hands-on experience with tools and techniques used in data analysis and visualization.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Assist in analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and go-to-market activity using internal data sets
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau
- Clean, transform, and validate data for analysis using SQL and/or Python
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to gather requirements and deliver insights
- Support the development and documentation of data pipelines and ETL processes
- Contribute to ad hoc projects that inform strategic business decisions
Who You Are
- Experienced with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Demonstrated motivation and drive to learn new technologies and skills
- Interested in analytics and data-driven decision making
- An effective communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Currently a Junior or higher and enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
