Job Title: Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator
Reports To: Operations Manager/Project Management
Work Schedule: Full-time/Hourly 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday. Overtime must be pre-approved.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. This is largely a moving position that requires walking, bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 50lbs.
Job Summary:
The Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all materials are properly stored, tracked, and documented. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming material for identification, count, and condition against packing slips.
- Report discrepancies and damages to delivery Driver and Operations Manager upon discovery for resolution.
- Mark special order material with job numbers.
- Conducts physical monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
- Effectively consolidates materials (Paint, Epoxy and Glass Beads) into one container for a cleaner and more accurate inventory.
- Send all delivery tickets to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by means of sweeping and blowing debris and emptying all trash cans.
- Call for the pick-up and delivery of yard dumpsters.
- Call to pick up all the empty pallets and totes.
- Make sure gates and doors to the facility are secured at days end.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in Inventory/Warehouse.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in mathematics
