Qualifications
For the GS-11 grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques of a supply program; equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1) Researching, evaluating, and providing support to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements; 2) Determining, negotiating and finalizing supply support matters with other logistics stakeholders for weapon systems; 3) Extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data into meaningful metrics and reports to drive business decisions; 4) Monitoring progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of supply support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products; and 5) Applying fact-finding, analytical and problem solving methods to identify interrelated business functional problems. For the GS-09 grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques of a supply program; equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Determining, negotiating and finalizing supply support matters with other logistics stakeholders for weapon systems; 2) Providing support to correct ILS problems with product support and sustainment; 3) Collaborating with external activities to identify a viable ILS solution to problems; 4) Applying fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods to identify interrelated business functional problems; 5) Liaising with user customer groups and communicating ILS updates on a regular basis.
