Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our various systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously check their work for errors or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in various systems and databases efficiently and accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry to minimize errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Generate and prepare reports, lists, and summaries as required by management.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Respond to requests for information and data from team members and management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Data Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative positions.
- Excellent typing skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
