Job Summary
The Pricing and Inventory Specialist supports the Part Sales, Purchasing and Repair teams with analysis of and updates to our Pricing and Inventory strategies. The Pricing and Inventory Specialist oversees all aspects of inventory strategy including analyzing stock levels, managing excess and obsolete parts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs and financial objectives are met. The pricing management role includes responsibility for developing and implementing pricing strategies, updating part listing services, management of eCommerce and ERP System pricing updates. This role also includes analyzing market trends, collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure our pricing and eCommerce execution aligns with business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor movement of part inventory and actively sell older inventory lots
- Update ERP System (Corridor) with accurate pricing reference data
- Manage eCommerce pricing updates and customer experience
- Coordinate market price evaluation of new and existing parts
- Monitor fill rates and recommend purchasing strategies
- Support after hours / on-call requirements of the department
- Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and competitors
- Process quotes and sales orders as required
- Place purchase orders as required
- Participate in performance driven incentive programs
Qualification & Job Requirements
- Experience & Competencies:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Aircraft Part Sales and Purchasing
- Advance MS Excel knowledge and experience with Pricing analysis
- Experience with ERP system management (Corridor Preferred)
- Education & Certifications:
- No specific education or certification requirements

- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled environment
- Work is performed primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled, office environment with moderate noise level; frequently subject to inside environmental conditions
- Requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work
- Frequent standing, sitting and walking – often for extended periods of time
- Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers
- Constantly requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks
- Constantly requires clarity of speech and hearing, which permits the employee to effectively communicate
