Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will handle all transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring proper change and receipts
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and respectful manner
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions and inventory
- Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity to management
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong mathematical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
