Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide necessary documentation as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or IT is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
