Sangoma, a leading provider of business communications solutions, is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Specialists to join our operations team. Your Role:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency
- Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and document incoming and outgoing products
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
- Follow safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- We value transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. For this role, we offer a salary range of $31,000 to $41,500 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse training or certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Good understanding of inventory management systems and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages as needed
- Basic computer skills; experience with barcode scanners or inventory software is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
