About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and setup of events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event needs are met
Help develop event timelines and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels
Gather feedback and assist in post-event reporting and analysis
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and solve problems quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
