The Challenge:

Join our dedicated team as a Data Scientist where you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions that craft the future of interactive entertainment. What You’ll Take On:

Apply data science, machine learning, and AI to decrease costs and improve decision-making.
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, formulate objectives, and implement actionable solutions.
Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to explore data and identify patterns.
Develop models to monitor key performance indicators across different segments.
Build optimization models predictive of profit throughout the product life cycle.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in DevOps/MLOps and machine learning pipelines.
3+ years of Python coding experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments.
Passion for automation and working with large-scale data (e.g., Apache Spark, Snowflake, Databricks).

Great to Have:

Familiarity with Pytorch, Tensorflow, Sklearn, XGBoost.
Knowledge of time series analytics, text-processing, NLP, and analytical techniques applied to language.
Experience with Large Language Models and programmatic uses.
Skills in Pythonic dashboarding or web-application frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Flask, Django).

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
