Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring process from start to finish. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring operations by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting recruiting activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and timely experience
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality
Support recruiters in sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes when needed
Prepare and send offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide scheduling support
Assist with recruitment metrics reporting and analysis
Help organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and internal hiring initiatives
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws
Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement strategies

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS)
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Customer-service mindset with a proactive and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
Knowledge of basic HR principles and employment law
