Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Executive Assistant for our client, aprivate investment firm in Beverly Hills! This is a wonderful full-time, on-site, direct-hire opportunity with benefits.

What youll be doing:

Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications.
Update calendar and contact list while coordinating personal and professional meetings and appointments
Assist Accounting Department with monitoring and payment of personal and professional invoices and checks; maintenance of insurance; and receipt of reimbursements
Make travel arrangements, assist with event planning and coordination (including hospitality arrangements for meetings/conferences), and maintain frequent traveler accounts.
Assist with general office administrative matters, office organization, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Support other office executives with tasks related to human resources and benefits administration including coordinating new employee onboarding and associated paperwork; tracking and reporting of household employee paid time; assisting with employee benefits administration.

What you need to be successful:

5+ years of related work experience
Experience with HR / Accounting is a plus!

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of $95,000-$105,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
